MasterBrand

Who MasterBrand is

MasterBrand is a residential cabinet manufacturer founded in Jasper, Indiana. It sells to homeowners only through authorized dealers, who handle the measuring, design, ordering and installation, and its family of brands covers a range it describes as running from standard to custom.

In 2026, MasterBrand completed its merger with American Woodmark. That brought Waypoint Living Spaces, previously an American Woodmark brand, into the MasterBrand family. If you are researching online, you may find Waypoint described under either company; both refer to the same cabinet line.

The MasterBrand line we carry

As a MasterBrand dealer, the line we carry is Waypoint Living Spaces. MasterBrand makes other cabinet brands that we do not sell, and we would rather say so up front than suggest otherwise.

Waypoint in brief:

• Kiln-dried solid hardwood face frames with double-doweled joints
• Solid dovetail drawer boxes with plywood bottoms and soft-close hardware
• Doors in maple, cherry, painted finishes or Duraform, Waypoint's foil-on-composite material
• Assembled in the USA with global components, according to Waypoint
• A Waypoint display in one of our showrooms, so you can see the doors before you order

Door styles, construction and finishes are covered in detail on our Waypoint Living Spaces page.

How buying through us works

• Book a visit, mention Waypoint, and we will point you to the showroom with the display.
• We measure your room, design the layout and price it in one written proposal.
• We place the order and install the cabinets with our own crews.
• If you need new countertops, our fabricators template the installed cabinets and cut the slab in our own shop.

Waypoint cabinets are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty. Ask us for the terms.
